I am from Peru; my mom was a dress maker for many years, so I learned with her. I learned with my mom when I was maybe 10 years old doing embroidery for her customers.
As of 2012, I opened. My Sewing Studio, a sewing, alterations, dress making, custom-made. My secondary business is a bridal boutique, which is at the same location.
I like to be creative, and I also am very into the sewing. That’s why the bridal is part of my dream, because there’s a lot of details in it. You have to have a lot of patience to do this and just to see my clients happy, even for a hemming, for what I do for them, that is my goal.
To see many of them crying at the final fitting, is my goal. This is the moments when they see themselves with the dress, when they see themselves as a bride, when the dress fits well. So that’s why I think it was my goal to open this business and have the full service, because they’ve spent time and money, and they’ve spent a lot. So why not give it to them in one place?

I mean, anyone who has an old Carhartt knows it takes a good 10 years to get properly broken in, am I right? All jokes aside, I called over to the studio, dropped the jacket off at 9:00 AM and she had it ready for me by 1:00 PM. Unbelievable! Incredible customer service, friendly, helpful, and she used top notch heavy duty replacement parts with same day service at a reasonable price. I mean what more can you ask for? I will absolutely be coming back with any tailoring needs I have in the future. THANK YOU!!!

She transformed it into the most magnificent dress that fit me perfectly on the day. She had to do so much work with the lace and fine material and she managed to do so as if the dress had been perfect from the start. I would highly recommend taking your business to her because you will be thrilled with the results!
